I’m not one to write reviews often… but today my daughter scratch a layer of her eye and they were the only place open at 8am that actually answered the phone. I explained what happened and they squeezed us in within two hours. They were so kind and patient with her. It was so nice to see how fast and efficient they were in getting us in and helping my daughter so quickly. We really appreciate your services today and thank you so much for caring. Looks like we found our new ‘eyeball dentist’ as my daughter called it lmao

Dr Leis is wonderful. Friendly and warm (and that matters!). Mostly though I appreciate so much that she explains everything and share details that really help me to have an understanding of my eye health.

Customer service/front admin not very helpful. Money driven. I had an eye exam completed within the last year. My eyes have not changed in over 20 years. I’ve always had the same prescription. A mistake was made and the prescription was a little off. I kindly tried to explain the issue, and ask if they could change the prescription to the current prescription I have (current glasses, as well as the same prescription I’ve had for 20 years). And they requested me to pay. My complaints are 1) front lady lack of customer service and dismissed me by not listening to the whole story 2) no customer service attempt 3) I have a history of 20 years with the same prescription and the one completed by them was obviously wrong (not by much but enough to notice). They are more expensive to start with. I’m willing to pay for good customer service and health care, but they are not worth it.
