I understand that clinics can sometimes run behind schedule, and I appreciate that unexpected delays can happen. When I arrived 15 minutes late for my own appointment, I was told that the doctor would not be able to see me, which I understood and accepted because it was my responsibility to arrive on time. However, during my children’s recent appointment, we arrived on time but had to wait because the doctor was running late. When I asked about the delay, the receptionist simply told me that if I wanted, I could reschedule the appointment. I was disappointed that there was no apology or acknowledgment of the wait. My concern is not the delay itself, but the difference in how these situations were handled. Patients are expected to respect the clinic’s schedule, and I believe patients deserve the same courtesy when the clinic is running behind. A brief explanation or apology would go a long way toward making patients feel respected and valued. I hope this feedback is helpful and can contribute to a more positive experience for patients and families visiting the clinic.

I have been seeing Dr. Lee for years. He and his staff are wonderful. And, there office area is spotless. Highly recommend their office.

Great staff here who are friendly, kind and genuinely care about your health and eyeballs! The front desk receptionist Katrina is especially lovely for the front of house - she has always been (I’ve talking YEARS here) very kind and friendly, clear and helpful and uses my preferred name which means a lot to me. Thank you to the whole staff at this clinic for always taking such good eye care of me!
