Dr. Conrad Kavalec is absolutely marvellous. My cataract surgery in May 2024 was life-changing — I can still read and see from a distance perfectly. I opted for the multifocal Alcon Vivity Toric lens, and it has been flawless. Thank you so much.

The Doctors were fantastic, but the staff (receptionists especially but also one of the technicians) were incredibly unprofessional. First, one the head receptionists started openly criticizing the technician staff in front of everyone, and then when a rude patient was confrontational, they were openly antagonistic and even maybe tried to antagonize the rest of the patients stating, “I don’t speak English, this is Quebec” and then stated that they were going to try and provoke the patient when she returned to reception. I was also scheduled for an appointment at 10:45 and only got saw and completed at 14:00, left at 15:00. Again, doctors amazing, staff is terrible.
