I had the best experience at La Zone Optique! I got my first pair of glasses with them around a month ago, and I am beyond happy. My glasses are not only fashionable but also really comfortable and the price was also quite good. Isabelle gave me the best service and adjusted my glasses so they fit perfectly my face! I am so happy I found La Zone Optique. I highly recommend it.

Unbelievable experience — completely unacceptable! 0 stars! I came from another country to Montreal and was really excited to visit La Zone Optique after seeing some beautiful frames on their website. Everything looked professional online, so I expected a normal shopping experience. When I arrived, I couldn’t believe it — the door said “by appointment only.” Seriously? For an eyewear store? I went in anyway since they were clearly open, and the staff told me that they would only serve me if I paid $50 upfront — just to be allowed to look at or try on glasses! That’s absolutely absurd. I wasn’t even guaranteed they had the frames I wanted, or that they would fit me. Imagine paying $50 just to see if you might buy something. They even said they were “in a rush,” with only two people inside… unbelievable. Their website and social media say nothing about appointments or any kind of service fee. I came from far away expecting to buy something, but instead I was turned away unless I paid $50 for nothing. They told me it “doesn’t work for them” when people try on glasses and don’t buy — well, that’s literally how every eyewear store in the world works! Customers need to try before they buy. Completely unprofessional, misleading, and honestly one of the strangest shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place.
