We have nothing but good things to say about this place. From the time you walk in the ladies at the reception make you feel very welcome. Dr. Banducci is the nicest doctor I have met in a very long time. He took his time in explaining things to me and was not in a rush. I felt good coming out of there.

Great experience. Super easy to book appointment, which they confirmed next day by phone. The admin staff were super friendly and communicative. Upfront about pricing, no pressure to buy glasses on site. Saw Dr Mahmood who was lovely. Will be returning for next eye needs and recommend to others.

I have been coming to get my eyes checked for 23 years now. The staff Mr. Banducci, Palwaasha, Kayla, and Madeline. Always make my visit enjoyable. From helping pick out the glasses and frames and fixing my glasses when the screw goes missing. The whole staff is welcoming to me and listen to my concerns regarding my eyes. I like to Madeline sends me a text to remind me when my next appointment is coming due. Dr. Banducci puts my mind at ease when giving drops. The staff provided excellent service and even thou I moved 1 hour away from Mississauga I still go back every year because the service is top-notch. I would recommend this optometrist for all your eye care needs.
