My husband and I walked in specsavers heartland location with no expectation to get any glasses. But both of us ended up getting some glasses! Aarti and Andrew were very helpful and friendly. They answered all of our questions and concerns and made sure we were able to get the best deal possible. Very happy with the purchases and with the entire experience. Overall we got professional service with good budget friendly glasses, no pushy sales or hidden fees. Would recommend to family and friends.

I had some problems with the settings for the 2 pairs of reading glasses I bought but Andrew helped me. On my second trip I took my old glasses and he changed the new glasses settings to match it. They then fit beautifully. Very comfortable. The price with the promotion was also very attractive. Very happy I went Specsavers this time.
