There is something to be said about the admin team and communications. Patient for over 25 years and if it wasn't for the doctors I would have left. As front line staff your job it to communicate & ask basic questions and confirm details. If someone on your team dropped the ball a simple "I'm sorry" goes a long way and offer to correct. Do not cut patient off while engaged in a conversation. Telling a patient they are drama is in fact a reflection of you not doing your job to qualify & ask questions. If you don't like your job, don't take it out on patients!

I love this place do to it was very close to home and at the time they were taking new clients and just had to wait for almost a month before exam and they did a a to z exam and do to my age ,ask if my eyes are healthy, the doctor responded, yes . I did need the exam do to a few years without one and the other doctor was to far to go. So I'm so far a happy customer. Michael J.

The staff were phenomenal there! I rarely use that word. I was running late and forgot my girls health cards on my way there (it was a hectic day). The receptionist was so helpful, kind, and patient with me. Dr. Curik was great with my girls and explained his whole assessment to me.
