A pleasant experience, I got my glasses here. It's accessible with very wide entrances and wide aisles. My decisions were respected. The staff listen and there's no pressure sales tactics. The staff I saw were busy, I was waiting when another staff person came out from the back quickly. Wait. Quite a change. (Prior place: The place before my decisions didn't matter and No didn't mean No. They increased the base price. Pushed a tonne of extras and when clearly decided and stated no, I was told to come back when I decided. Gall and greed beyond belief. )

Went in today after buying my glasses there a few years ago, my pair desperately needed to be tightened badly any looser they probably would have fell apart. I went for around 10am on a Saturday and there wasn’t a single person in there except the two workers, she had them tightened within 5 minutes for free. Thank you so much, not sure how I waited a week with them so loose before coming in.

This was the first time I have used Medical Centre Optical. I will definitely come back. The efficiency of the shop was a smooth process as soon as I walked in. My frames were selected then my appointment. After which just a few details left. I delt with Hayley most of the time. She kept in communication in regards to what was happening with my special order. Pick up took all of maybe 5 minutes. Fabulous ladies, great team.
