Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid if you are using social assistance. They handle paying customers immediately, but Ontario Works clients face a two-week delay for cheap, dollar-store-quality frames. They broke my personal glasses and the wait time for a replacement is another two weeks, as if the parts are walking here from China. This store charges taxpayers a premium while providing the absolute worst quality frames and service. It makes you wonder how a place like this keeps its license with Ontario Works and what kind of corruption is going on behind the scenes.

eta: Found the exact frame online for $15.00. You could have done this for so much cheaper. Came for glasses beginning of April, was directed to the back of the store to pick something out - many of the glasses are repeated on the shelf to fill space. The optometrist did a quick measurement and told me it would be ready in a few weeks. Got a call to pick up, came in and was told to try on if I needed an adjustment. I just waited two weeks for glasses - even if I needed one I wouldn't bother in case it takes another two weeks. For 70$, most of the cost is in labour as I can get a similar prescription pair online for 10-20$. Thankfully you ripped off the government and not me.

the one gentleman named charles who helped me pick out my new glasses was absolutely amazing! i am beyond self conscious and picky and he made it his mission to make sure i was a happy and satisfied customer, all while making me feel comfortable and making us laugh. the beautiful lady at the front desk was also amazong company while waiting and was extremely sweet! great experience highly recommend going to get your new glasses from here !!
