I truly wish there were an option to give 0 stars. Very disappointing experience with Dr. Beyla regarding billing. After wearing my glasses for about a month, I returned because the prescription was not correct. The doctor changed the prescription but charged me again, even though this should have been considered a follow-up visit. I have been wearing glasses for over 40 years and have never experienced this. Because of this, I will not be returning to this doctor and I am very upset by this experience. Unfortunately, despite the staff’s efforts, the doctor’s repeated charges felt unfair and unreasonable. The optical staff truly deserves 5 stars. They were extremely professional, kind, patient, and understanding. They listened to my concerns and went out of the way to remake my glasses, and provided excellent customer service. The store also has a great selection of eyewear, and I would happily return here to purchase glasses again. If I could rate separately, I would give 5 stars for the staff and glasses, and 0 stars for the doctor.

My son and I had an amazing experience with Dr. Beyla! She was thorough, caring, and explained everything so clearly. The staff were patient and kind while helping us find the perfect glasses—and now the sky even looks a bit bluer through them! After 20 years of eye checkups, this was by far the most holistic and professional care we’ve ever had. We highly recommend Dr. Beyla and the Team for their outstanding service and genuine care.
