Optometrist was excellent! Very professional and patient. The customer service was lovely! Clean, bright environment and a solid selection of frames. I’m planning on returning to purchase sunglasses. I’m really happy with my experience!

Horrible wait times...my appt was for 12:20 i even went in at 11:20 with my husband they took me after him for a pre test but at 1pm i was still waiting so i left. They need to have more than 1 doing eye exams or atleast call the patient and tell them its goinh to be a longer wait time. I will not be back sad too because my dad had great feedback mind you it was a different location. Hopefully they can fix this issue quick or they will lose business.

My sister and I visited this Specsavers store for her eye check-up, and we had a really lovely experience. The lady who did her pre-testing mentioned she was new, but she was very polite and helpful. She made us feel comfortable throughout the process, and her positive attitude really stood out. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience genuinely made me want to share. I would definitely recommend this Specsavers location to anyone looking for an eye exam or glasses, they’re amazing!
