  Ive been going to many of their locations for over 10 years. All of the doctors are amazing, friendly, and helpful. Front staff are always very pleasant to deal with. But this group of people are so caring far beyond your eye health. My partner passed away and I called to let them know as I had gotten a reminder card in the mail. About a week later, I got a personal card signed by my home location (Stonebridge) offering condolences about her passing. For a business to go out of their way to send a personalized card, it says a lot about who they are as an organization. Thank you so much YXE Vision Group. I will always recommend you guys, and that card meant a lot to me!

  CAUTION I recently visited Stonebridge EyeCare for my routine eye exam (about two years since my last visit). My prescription had only changed slightly, so I decided to have new lenses put into two of my existing frames. The customer service staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, I later received a call informing me that one of my frames had broken. When I went in to speak with a representative, I was told that the frames were not covered in any way because it was over the two year warranty. What was most disappointing is that I was never informed beforehand that there was a risk of breakage when reusing older frames. Had I known this, I may have made a different decision—especially since the prescription change was minimal. I definitely wouldn't have had the lenses changed on both knowing there was a risk. I was also not advised that acetate frames can be more prone to breaking during this process, which would have helped me make a more informed choice (this knowledge was presented to me after the fact). While I was offered a 25% discount on new frames, this was not a new or meaningful offer, as I had already been given that that same discount previously to encourage me to purchase additional frames at the time of my eye exam. As a result, I am now out a pair of frames that are valued at approximately $550. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I believe better communication and transparency about risks and policies would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment. I share this as a caution to others considering replacing lenses in existing frames—be sure to ask about potential risks and coverage beforehand.

  Dr. Prestupa is an absolute blessing. She's got to be hands down the most genuine soul and always wears the warmest of smiles. You can tell she takes such pride in her practice. The other staff are wonderful as well from the brief interactions I've had with them.
