I havent gone to family focus in a couple years now as ive moved to Alberta. I called with an unconventional and slightly difficult question regarding my last visit and the prescription I received. Jonah went above and beyond in helping me try to find a solution to my unique problem and not only went out of his way to help me find a way how, but did so very happily and I couldnt be more grateful. Never a bad experience or visit. Always lovely people and environment

On the day of my appointment, I woke up to 20cm of snow. There was no possible way my car was going to get through that amount of snow. I called to cancel my appointment and was told that I could be charged a cancellation fee since I did not give 24 hours notice. A snowstorm is beyond my control. Also, he did not offer to reschedule me. When I asked to make another appointment, his response was ‘you want to do that now?’ The interaction was very off putting.

have been a patient at Family Focus Eye Care for approximately 10 years and, unfortunately, I have never found the level of service to be excellent. Most recently, I was experiencing significant pain in my right eye, along with photophobia (light sensitivity). I contacted the office to book an appointment due to the discomfort and concern about my symptoms. I was advised that I would not be seen unless I booked a full eye exam, despite the fact that my visit appeared to qualify as a medically necessary concern that could potentially be billed through Saskatchewan Health. I also found the staff member I spoke with on the phone to be rude and unhelpful during what was a concerning situation for me as a patient seeking timely care. Overall , I feel this clinic is more concerned about making money than helping patients.
