Dr. Duimering was nice, kind, but I am losing sight in my one good eye and the staff is playing games with me because I am poor, on welfare, and have no insurance. I may not have good vision left me in my few remaining years... but it is they which are blind. They sent me "no reply" emails and confused me with push-button get-go-nowhere phone messaging services and when I finally had the chance to complain... they told me to go away and not bother them any more. You need naught be on welfare but must have money or insurance... or you can just go "look" elsewhere - if you can - for help!

They do not answer their phones at all. Can't even leave a message. Send them an email that doesn't get answered. Simple question as to whether my husband needs a driver after his appointment! They need to have a better phone system. I wonder if they would like it if their patients did not answer the phone or emails. They would soon be out of business.

The young staff need to learn about patient care! With exception of one who called herself 'my counsellor'... they were very offhanded, and not very friendly or helpful. One guy was very impatient, kept redoing the same tests... When I got a tel call to set up assessment, in a month, (no email confirmation, and no email reminder day before). I was told surgery would be soon after. But later told it would be 12 to 14 months wait!
