Such a problem booking a simple appointment with the receptionist? I booked one and she called me back and told me the doctor had to cancel and that i had an appointment for this next date _______ and the day finally arrived and I called to confirm but they said, they had no record of me ever booking an appointment, only canceling one. Clearly a lie. And I had to wait from winter time til summer the next appointment even though they canceled on me and then told me I canceled it myself. I'm an indigenous individual who has paid 100s for my own frames why do I feel very discriminated against. Im not the only native whos had these experiences with these receptionists

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I had an appointment with Dr. Carmen Recksiedler and I was extremely impressed with the care I received. She was very professional, kind, and quickly helped me with an eye issue that had been bothering me for a long time. The examination was thorough, and she explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. I’m very grateful for her help and the excellent service. Highly recommend Dr. Recksiedler and the team at Visual Eyes Optometry!

This is my happy place 🙂 Too bad I can only give 5 Stars When infact it should be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It's always nice to see DR.CARMEN RECKSIEDLER How she looks after her patients is OUTSTANDING! 🙌 She will check your eyes thoroughly and her ways of talking to you is very charming! I Love and Respect Her. Visual Eyes Optometry Staff will welcome you with a big smile. Nice to see Sarah again! I missed you! I need to see you kids pictures as beautiful as their Mom!😉 Jot is awesome as usual! And this cute korean look-a-like Alia who is so friendly and bubbly is the cherry on top! Thank you ever so much for making us feel welcome all the time.
