The friendly conversation I had with Joyce over the phone the first time I called Armstrong & Small Eye Care Centre made me feel very comfortable in booking an eye exam. Alex did four eye tests shortly after I arrived and while I am sure he has done this hundreds of times and could probably recite the steps in his sleep, I was impressed by the patience he showed and the kindness in his tone while explaining in detail what I needed to do for each test as well as what to expect during each one and what the tests were for. The appointment that followed was with Dr. Jocelyn Radawiec and I could not have asked for a more thorough eye exam. From her warm and friendly personality to the very clear and detailed explanations she gave during every step of my exam she left me feeling like I mattered. In today’s society when we can too often feel like we are nothing but a number it really stands out when a Doctor (and their staff) makes you feel cared about. I will happily return and highly recommend this Centre to anyone who wants to receive excellent service.

Best eye care centre I've ever been to! Very very friendly, and they took time to listen to you and explain things clearly to you. Professional as well. My past experiences with eye doctors and nurses else where are that they're at the most only strong in one aspects--communication or professional knowledge, but here they're 5 stars for both!

Really great team at this clinic. Everything is clearly explained throughout the process, questions answered thoughtfully, and everyone’s really considerate and helpful. I also love the historical eyeglasses on display here and there. They obviously love what they do!
