  Considering it’s a private clinic, we were not very impressed. I brought my newborns for a hearing test and there was an issue with one of their ears. The first audiologist we saw (seemed very young and appeared very nervous) kept confusing the left from the right ear (using her right and her left rather than his right and left). We told her a few times and then the report I received was still wrong.. I work in public healthcare and to me it just seemed really unprofessional. Also, what was discussed with us was not mentioned in the report. We then had to come back and retest to make sure everything was fine. I was surprised that we had to pay again for a 30 second test even though it costed less. I felt more comfortable with the second audiologist although she also kept using her left and right when mentioning my son’s ears. She also wasn’t able to find the old report, I had to pull it out from my emails. Another thing is that we were 7 mins late and I get a call from them wondering where we are even though I called them the night before to confirm that I was coming in. We came all the way from Vaudreuil with newborn twins in the middle of the week for 10 am. When we arrived there was no one waiting just 4 secretaries sitting at the desk. I don’t like to be late but maybe wait at least 15 minutes before calling? Especially for a 30 seconds test….

  Audiologist visit went well and we were happy with the service provided at the clinic in Mont-Royal. However, the "after sales service/support" left a negative impression because of these reasons: 1) No evaluation report/results was sent even after two weeks after our RDV though it was promised within days following the visit 2). After 3 days clinic in Mont-Royal did not call or email us back following online contact form submission when we asked to send the report. 3) No one responds to 1800 phone line and clinic phone during working hours.

  Judith is the owner and really is warm knowledgeable person, I enjoyed dealing with Odyo in general, very welcoming kind people.
