The home renovation Mac completed for us more than exceeded our expectations. What started as a living/dining room and kitchen reno expanded to include the bathroom, ensuite and laundry room. The process and communication with the entire Mac Team and their Trades Group was exceptional throughout the project. Everybody was so respectful of our property. A special thank you to Srdjo, Jennifer, Margaret and Darren; from our first meeting, through the design drawings and materials selections to the completed reno; you brought it all together. We would highly recommend Mac Reno Design Build.

We recently had Mac Renovations do an upgrade to the fireplace in our living room. It was a fantastic experience and the entire team were awesome. They were all very professional and the communications were prompt and detailed. I can’t recommend them enough.

MAC carried out a number of repairs and updates, both inside and out, on our 46 year old home in 2024 /25. Our MAC project manager assisted us in developing our reno plans, listening patiently, remaining flexible, planning carefully, and staying positive and supportive of our goals throughout all stages of the work. MAC's organization of their carpenters and the various sub-trades’ work schedule was superb. The tradesmen themselves showed up on time, were consistently friendly, courteous and respectful, and did very skilful work in which they obviously took pride. We were amazed how if any issue arose, we were to report it immediately and somehow by the end of the day plans were in place for the problem to be solved. MAC’s constant communication with us, keeping us updated on progress and any need to tweak the schedule or work plans, was flawless. We have never experienced such meticulous communication, nor strong sense of "ownership of the job to be done," in any work setting as that shown by the MAC Team. We have been very pleased with the results of their work, and enthusiastically recommend MAC Reno Design Build to others. MP and HR
