Delays in getting any kind of work done - incompetent work being done to fix an ongoing issue, delays in simply turning off an alarm, repeated issues of booking preventative maintenance - it's ridiculous to rely on this company. Strongly advise to not work with them.

This building I'm in has been with Kone for a few years, no complaints, I just called them with a minor elevator issue, and they're dispatching someone here ASAP! Very nice!
