Charged $1600 for a 10 minute job to retrieve keys. This company is unethical. Avoid at all costs.

At around 3:15 PM today, while driving toward the Malahat, I witnessed one of your company vehicles being driven extremely recklessly. The driver was tailgating me, then another vehicle a few cars ahead, and eventually ran a red light at Westshore Parkway heading onto the Malahat. This behavior was dangerous and could have caused multiple accidents. Please address safe driving practices with your employees — this kind of conduct on the road is unacceptable and puts others at serious risk

Their own elevator always broken down and hard to talk to a real person in charge. Seems like no one in charge is ever available. A nightmare to deal with
