From start to finished, Russ and his team was always there. I had help with technical support regarding design and where best to put the elevator so no space is wasted on my luxury housing projects. Come Highly recommended. John Nguyen

When we built our home in 2018, we looked into getting an elevator figuring we probably couldn’t afford it, but we wanted the option in our three level home to accommodate our aging parents and someday ourselves. We were so delighted when we found out how much more affordable it was than we anticipated! They did a beautiful job And now seven years later, we still love it! In fact, we use it way more than we thought we would, and when I injured my back, it’s been a godsend to get laundry packages, vacuum, cleaners, etc., up and down the house safely! Aside from routine maintenance it’s worked great and Russ Cripps and his crew have been fantastic friendly people who know what they’re doing! They’ve always been extremely responsive if we have a need. They even put a window in our elevator, which has made it an enjoyable design feature of our home. Thank you so much for your wonderful product and service! I would highly recommend working with them!

I liked the idea of a home elevator so much I put in two. Russ and his team are first rate and keep them working smoothly. Don’t hesitate to get one or even two today as they are not only helpful in moving yourself around, but groceries and furniture and many other things you hadn’t thought of, believe me. They used to be unattainably expensive, but Russ has products that will fit most budgets and they were a fracture of what I thought the cost would be. G
