I recently rented a shower bench from Maxim Medical Supplies for my father. Lauren was very accommodating, even though I was quite late in returning it. If I could offer this establishment 6 stars, I would do so wholeheartedly. The staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our community. The type of items they sell are not things I wish to need again any time soon, but should I need to... I know where to go and whom to recommend. 10/10, would shop again!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jocelyn Monteleone, a sales associate at Maxim Medical Supplies. I spoke to her over the phone prior to my surgery (rhinoplasty and septoplasty from a hit and run motorcycle accident) and desperately needing a very specific medical brace for playing sports, that literally no one in the city had or heard of, and she truly went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. My own EMT had no idea how to get one and all the places I contacted (locally) had never heard or seen a brace like that. Called several Michigan locations that dealt with custom braces and rehabilitation tools and accessories and still no luck. Instead of just pretending there isn't anything out there and moving on, Jocelyn took the time to research options, learn about it, navigate the specifics, and ensure I got the perfect fit. Her compassion, patience, and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier. Very knowledgeable and willing to learn on how to assist in any way possible. Medical supply shopping can be overwhelming especially post op but Jocelyn’s expertise and genuine care shines through. Thank you, Jocelyn, for your incredible help—you are the best!

I brought my mom through and Jocelyn and McKenzie were incredible and really helpful.
