On our recent visit to Motion in Windsor we were greeted and serviced by Alexa, she was extremely professional and understood my delima regarding what best suited my needs. I am experiencing some mobility difficulty and she asked all the right questions and directed me to the possibilities of using either a cane or Walker, becuase I had doubts she arranged for us to borrow a walker so that I could get the feel of using one. After using it for the past few days I have decided as per suggestion that a cane is more appropiate for my needs. Thank you Alexa for your assistance. Thank you Motion for your wisdom in employing people who truly care.

Motion is phenomenal!! The staff in general and Tracey in particular, are so intuitive! Tracey just about completed my sentences. So patient so knowledgeable, while I asked thousands of questions! she understood everything about the home equipment I would need, for my friend visiting me for a week. I was worried at first when I got there, not knowing what to expect; but I was totally put at ease and can now relax and really look forward to my friend coming over. Big thank you to all the staff at Motion!!!
