  I was very appreciative of the service I received from Sylvie. She provided me with a solution to repair a product I had purchased over 10 years ago at Mondeau and was no longer available.

  Came to this showroom around 4:40pm. Went to the reception to ask if I could speak to someone to ask questions. They said that nobody was available because it's "4:45 and everyone is closing up for the day" meanwhile I saw about 6 associates at the back at their desks laughing and chatting with each other as customers walk bewildered across the showroom floor. I expressed dissatisfaction that I couldn't get help but was only offered an appointment at a later date. If the showroom is open until 5pm, then customers should be able to ask questions and be assisted until closing. Unfortunately this lack of customer service did not make me want to return to this store for an appointment.

  We renovated two bathrooms last summer and purchased many different items from this store. They have a nice showroom and beautiful products. However, the associate who was helping us was not very helpful. She was not proactive at all and was always late with everything. For example, it took several days to provide us with the initial quote, even though we were told it would take about 24 hours. She did not have complete information about the products they were selling, and instead of saying, “I don’t know, I will ask,” she gave us incorrect information. For example, she told us that the company making the vanities did not provide color samples, did not make shelves, and could not cut the vanity to our specifications. I ended up calling the company myself to get accurate information. There were also problems with the orders (their software is very outdated, which did not help). Finally, one of the vanity tops had small black spots. I must say that customer service responded quickly, but I did not like their answer. They said the black spots were part of the material, but nobody mentioned this when we were choosing options. Eventually, I spoke to the manager to complain about the lack of information and all the issues we experienced (I did not list all of them here in order not to make this comment even longer). I asked for compensation for the vanity top, as we could have purchased a cheaper one without black spots. She told me she would look into it and get back to me. She said the answer might take a while. It has been months, and I have never received a response or explanation. So, if you are thinking of going there, make sure you choose a good associate if you don't want to make your renovation process even more painful.
