We are currently having Select Urban General Contractors build a coach house in our backyard for our aged father to live in. Vas and his teams have been a fantastic bunch. They do everything with a great deal of care. Their workmanship is top notch. The site has been kept clean everyday. Vas has addressed all our questions promptly and patiently. Our experience with Select Urban has been a very pleasant one. Can't wait to see the final result. Aug 15 update: Exterior near completion. New photos added. Interior photos coming. 2026 update: Vas and his team returned to conduct a one year inspection to ensure quality of his work. What an excellent team! While he was here, I asked him to refinish my backyard deck. Again, exceptional workmanship.

We really lucked out with hiring Select Urban to redo our falling-apart kitchen. I saw their signs for work done in my neighbourhood, and spoke to a neighbour. There was always good communication and we were notified quickly of any delays or issues. Vas worked with us and gently made suggestions based on his experience. He kept us updated of costs based on our choices, and the entire project was very reasonably priced for the end result. I always felt comfortable contacting Vas with any concerns and he went out of his way to accommodate us. The workers were respectful, good-humoured, and very talented. We even miss them! The kitchen exceeds our expectations and there was incredible attention to detail. My friends are disbelieving that the contractors finished pretty much on time. I highly recommend Select Urban and will seek them out again should we need other work done in the future.
