Appalling customer service. We called back to request an exchange & were told we have no rights for an exchange or refund. Horrendous customer service! Avoid like the plague.

Very happy indeed with the 2 lengths of ramp needed for the incline. Non slip even in snow and ice at temperatures of -10. Used occasionally for wheelchair and several times a day as much easier and safer access than the steps. Good buying experience and delivery. Would highly recommend for home access and gave details to several tradesmen, wheelchair users, dog owners etc. Good value for money. Robust and feels secure in use. Very easy to install but needed a couple of friends to help manoeuvre into place. We have a lot of trees around us but leaves don't stick to it and can be easily from underneath with a leaf blower.

In response to Mohit Kanda review and Roll -A Ramp Response. I am Mohit Kanda sister who purchased the ramp for my brother who is unfortunately on a wheel chair. The manager Lucy did not advise me what was required, I have written evidence of her rude behaviour and how she has emailed me back to say I have no legal rights. Calls are recorded and you said I could exchange or refund the ramp in case we had any issues. This was an online order. The issue here is the ramp is faulty. What have you done to resolve the faulty product other then disconnect my calls and forcing me to keep the product. The order was placed on the 4th November 2023 and the Ramp arrived at a later date. By law I have 31 days to return the item especially if it is defective. I have been trying to call Roll- A- Ramp for Lucy to only keep hanging up on my call, she is arguing to say I need to purchase extra parts to extend the ramp. I do not want this as it is costly, and the defective, damaged ramp will not work by purchasing extra parts. Due to her rude response and attitude, I have had to write to her requesting for a refund. The product came with no instructions or return policies. Please note customer rights act does state if the good are not fit for purpose I can request for a refund with 31 days. Lucy refused my rights and is willing to receive my legal documents to take them to court and threatening me to put a counter claim. I advise people please do not buy from them as customer service is appalling especially if you have a disability.
