I was sold a 2010 Dodge Caravan, wheelchair accessible van 5 years ago. I bought it in April, we had a few downpours later that summer, and the sunroof leaked. So much so, it would've been impossible not to notice prior leakage before i bought it. Since then, it needed new breaks, and tires the following year. Mind you, this van was maybe driven a few times a week, if that. I decided to sell it because paying for the insurance comparable to how much I used it, didn't add up. A potential buyer took it to be safetied. It failed! Too much rust under the frame. There is no way, so much accessive rust accumulated in just 5 years that a safety would be denied. This dealership offered a safety, upon me buying the van...probably because they knew it wouldn't pass, or there would be potentiala lot of underbody work! The Ole saying BUYER BEWARE!

Awesome service! I cannot thank Luc enough for picking up and delivering my vehicle with the hand controls installed. I had originally arranged to have my controls installed with another company, however I had no way of getting my vehicle to them and they did not offer to pick up my vehicle. So glad I went elsewhere and received service excellence. Thank you Luc!!! I’m so excited to have my freedom back

Silver Cross in London was fantastic!! they helped us work out all the details with March of dimes and make the adaptations to the minivan that were required in the prescription. It is an adaptation that it is life changing, I am continuously learning how to drive with hand controls as it takes a huge amount of coordination, but it is so helpful physically, also the lift is a huge blessing as before I had to depend on people to lift the walker or wheelchair for me and now, I can once more be independent mobility wise.
