My second time dealing with wellwise in years from the first time an the service is absolutely disgusting. Its been 3 weeks now i ordered a wheel commode for my daughter and wellwies dont know where it is. Then they said they will lend me one of their own till my own come. its been 4 days an even that i still cant see , they don’t know when the rental commode will come in. Also calling the store you can never get on to someone an when you do they leave you on long holds till they hang up an if they do remember your on the phone they say they will call you back an never do. I had to leave the hospital few time to come to the store just to talk to someone the fact that I’m stressing my self with wellwies is crazy to me

This store is wonderful! I am so happy to have a location that close to home selling medical supplies. I’m giving a five star rating. The store is great, but the five stars are for Liliana! She was an amazing help and extremely informative and non judgmental and SO good to talk to! She’s the kind of person where a few days later you’re still thinking , wow!! I had an amazing connection with this precious being who treated me and my partner with such sweet, non-judgmental respect! She’s brilliant! And SUCH a kind human!! Thank you so much, Liliana!

I recently visited Wellwise to replace my compression sleeve and gauntlet. Before coming in, I called the store and was a little disappointed with the customer service over the phone. This wasn't my first time purchasing compression garments, but the process wasn't clearly explained, I was kept on hold for long and simply told they needed to check the stock. However, my experience in store completely turned things around. Chloe was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to go through the inventory to find the correct size for my compression sleeve and gauntlet. She was knowledgeable, considerate, and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I've been visiting this location for a little over a year because it's the only Wellwise store with a certified lymphedema fitter in the area. Although my phone experience could have been better, I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I received during my visit. Thank you, Chloe, for your kindness and dedication!
