As for others, lost the cable for my medistrom battery. Gave them a call. Top notch customer service and the cable is now on its way.

Needed to replace a lost cable to run between my Pilot lite Medistrom Battery and Resmed Airsense 10 CPAP. Could not order online, required to phone with battery SN #. Ordered at before noon, arrived in 24 hrs. Cord was only $7, so I ordered 3, and only $10 to ship. 1 for the machine, one for the cabin, and a back up for when I misplace my next one. Great price, great service, and super quick to process/deliver. One happy customer.
