Terrible customer service. I made an appointment with Richard for help with a whistling, ill-fitting CPAP mask that was waking me up all night. I had purchase this equipment from Wellwise. Richard was rude, entirely dismissive, and unwilling to offer a single suggestion, stating there was simply nothing he could do. I expected much better support for important sleep equipment. I took my concerns to InspiAIR and they immediately discovered that I had the wrong size nose pillows. They fitted me correctly and made other suggestions to ensure a good night's sleep. I appreciate their care, concern and professionalism.

Rick is VERY helpful, knowledgeable, and is a super friendly young man. Getting supplies from him was a breeze, and he answered questions promptly. Would highly recommend going to Wellwise (Kingston) and chatting with Rick. An absolute pleasure!

I had Richard help me with obtaining a new CPAP machine and he made the whole process very easy. He explained everything I needed to know and was patient with me as he taught me how to use the device. Great service, I highly recommend.
