I needed to buy a fairly specialized transport chair for my elderly mother. Pat Markland was very helpful in guiding me through the process. The original chair I purchased, unfortunately, did not work out, but Pat was very accommodating in making sure I got the proper chair.

Pat is awesome! My 93 year old father needed a walker, and while the physiotherapist had a list of places to check out, only Motion had a website where I could look at the items that might work for him. When I went in to the store to see for myself, Pat had a wealth of knowledge, even about the retirement home my father was destined to move to, and was able to coordinate with Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA) for funding for the Stella walker. When it was finally approved, and we decided to get it, Pat was able to arrange delivery within a day – incredible. So happy with the service, and care, and knowledge. Highly recommend Pat and her team.

Bought some very expensive equipment from this store for my daughter a couple of years ago, and the equipment itself was fine. However, we're moving and I called and left a message with some questions about moving the equipment and they just didn't bother to call back. You'd think they'd continue the conversation when needed despite the fact that a bit of time has passed.
