The repairman constantly comes into your apartment using his key with no 24-hour notice and the building does nothing about it there is no security other than a camera we have homeless people sleeping in our lobbies

I just live in the building they work but they are always kind and courteous to everyone they meet. They are an amazing group of ladies!
