We’re particular about presentation, timing, and notes. We’ve ended contracts before for “almost good enough.” This team arrives prepared and accountable. My mother is comfortable and the house still feels like ours. At premium rates, that is the whole job.

We’re particular, and we’ve dismissed agencies before for small things that aren’t small when you’re paying premium rates: late arrivals, vague notes, caregivers who need constant direction. Angels My Way has been different — prepared, consistent, accountable. My father is comfortable. That’s the only metric that matters to us.
