  Home Instead brought me the peace of mind I never thought I’d get after my Father’s dementia worsened fairly quickly. During such a difficult and overwhelming time, they sent over one of the most caring and responsible caregivers, his name is Ola. He was responsible for my Father for eight hours overnight for five nights a week. This was for about three weeks before fortunately a spot became available in a close by Nursing Home for my Father. But those three weeks were very memorable for my Father specifically with Ola. Although he has dementia, he still asks about him and mentions how well he cared for him. Not only did he do his job, he went over and beyond to get to know my Father and became such a great companion for him, changing my Father’s overall mood for the coming day, and was always excited knowing Ola is coming later in the evening. I could not think of a better person to care for my Father during this time. Thank you Home Instead and thank you so very much Ola!

  Home Instead Staff are simply wonderful! We’ve had to ask for help for our Dad (suffering from dementia), as our Mom had surgery ~ and although my brothers and I took on the roles of primary care, Carolyn was incredibly amazing in leading her team of angels by sending Florence and Sophia to be there, keeping Dad safe, happy & cared for. Thank you for being honest and kind hearted workers and treating our Dad like he was your Dad.🫶🏻

  Carolyn made it so easy for us to get the best care for our parents when their needs increased very quickly. I contacted a number of agencies and I could tell from the detailed questions that Carolyn asked me that Home Instead was attentive to the specific needs of their clients. Carolyn is very professional and not surprisingly the staff she selected to assist us at this very difficult time are very professional and highly trained. They are punctual, reliable, skilled, patient, calm, kind and professional. One of the VON palliative nurses observed that he has never met as skilled and kind a PSW as Samuel and we all agree. Samuel, Markenson, Manish and Elisha have been so helpful and kind. I highly recommend Home Instead!
