I needed an adult escort for a medical procedure and never having the need for such a thing before was a bit apprehensive about the whole procedure. The amazing crew at Big Hearts immediately put my mind at rest and organized the escort with minimal fuss. The amazing young lady that they sent was a delight and the perfect companion for a slightly loopy old lady with the giggles. Should I need such a service again in the future they will be the first place I turn to. Thank you for ensuring I got back home safely with such wonderful company beside me.
