It was my first time using tuktu service for my 91 year old mom. The care worker was to help prepare meals for my mom. My experience with the service was poor. From the 5 days prior to my booking, the assigned worker was switched 3 times. I read all their write ups about themselves. On the day of the service, the worker phoned me to pick her up because she was a bit lost and late. Once she was at my mom’s home, she worked very nicely preparing meals for my mom. I was very disappointed cause I thought the service was supposed to provide support for my aging mom on the days I can’t be there. Instead, the support worker needed assistance to get to my mom’s house. If I was not at my mom’s place that evening, I am not sure the Tuktu service would have been provided.

I learned about Tuktu from the medical office where I needed to have an escort home from an appointment. From the first phone call to drop off at my home, the entire process was professional, easy to do and very much exactly what I needed. The person assigned to pick me up was able to come early as my procedure was quicker than expected. She came and picked me up in the hospital and took right to my door - then even hopped out of her car to say hi to my dog! If I ever need this again I surely will use this service. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the cleaning services provided by Shubh today. From booking the service to the completion of cleaning, my experience with inQlusive Reach went smoothly.and conveniently. I was pleased to have this service offer me assistance with housekeeping that I’m unable to do for myself.
