I cannot express enough gratitude to Classic Lifecare for providing the exceptional support and care my family needed during the most challenging time of our lives. From the moment I first contacted their office, the team was incredibly pleasant and attentive, carefully listening to our needs. When we urgently needed an assessment, the Classic team responded immediately, something no other home care provider we called was able to do. The customer service from the Classic office team was truly outstanding. The healthcare workers who came to assist my mom were nothing short of amazing. They were compassionate, highly skilled, and respectful of our wishes, particularly considering my mom's post-surgery restrictions and our cultural needs. Their attentiveness and respect made a significant difference in my mom's recovery. I wish I could personally thank each of them with a big hug for their support during our stressful times. A special thank you to the coordinator, nurses, and healthcare workers who came to our home, as well as the leadership team who even took the time to answer our questions over the phone. Classic Lifecare's dedication to their clients and their families is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend Classic to anyone in need of home care services. They have made a lasting impact on our lives and I will continue to recommend them to friends and family.
