Terrible set of people, So inconsiderate, got called for interview and I was 6mins late because of network that failed on my GPS so I missed my exit, pull over to a gas station to connect to their Wi-Fi and continue my journey which took me about 20mins to rectify and i also sent a mail to them to say I will be late but the mail failed because of the same network issue I guess It didn't deliver before I left the gas station so it failed, all these was explained and I showed the failed Indicator on my mail in my explanation yet I wasn't interviewed and asked to leave. Just 6mins unforeseen lateness, infact to ensure I have evidence I took pics of the office so the date and time will be recorded on the picture as evidence. Question for you guys, where is the EMPATHY you emphasized on your website? when a support team has lost EMPATHY to people. What exactly are they going to support with, nothing is left. I will look elsewhere for humanly support if I need one. The set here have None. Zero tolerance to the needy and no human sympathy .

They do everything I need right now there are significantly helping me. because I have tried other services and none of them are as good as Community Living.

I wouldn't go here for support services AT all... they are really lacking on it and ignoring those who really need it... I point out that they have to let ONE person deal with the messages cause they have TOO many people answering and replying (they don't share what's said in the conversation until we remind them it's been said already) just as well as not keeping appointments with their clients... they change it time after time... they have done this to my fiancée for far too long now.
