It took me several years to find the courage to write this review. It's really not as easy as it may seem. For many months, I participated to several of the activities they had. They were always extremely warm, welcoming, dynamic, and sociable. I always talked to them very politely and respectfully. One day, one of the employees said to me, "We have something for you," and handed me some paper. The whole staff, together I believe, had enrolled me in a government program, PAAS Action. They had never talked to me about it. They had never asked me if I was interested in it. They had never asked for my permission, beforehand. They had done everything together, behind my back. On the form, there was a section such as "Description of the candidate." In my case, it was written that (in their particular opinion) I was extremely lacking in social skills and extremely lacking in energy, two things that were written at least twice, and then it contained a few lines implying that my personality should give way to a new one, vastly superior. Not a single slightly positive personality trait or aptitude was ever mentioned. First of all, I never asked to receive this vile document; obviously I would have refused it if asked for my permission. Secondly, my main diagnosis is autism spectrum disorder (ASD). For many, many years, when I was very young and didn't get any diagnosis at all, I tried, at all costs, to appropriate the personalities of other people, including celebrities. Without ever achieving the slightest success in this regard, of course. Furthermore, breaking, destroying people can never achieve healing, never lead them to a state of healing. If that particular therapy could truly work, the patient would no longer be alive. At this point, it would be nothing more than some kind of robot, completely annihilated from inside, without any identity of its own. I'm not sure that's desirable. I cried for a long time, and, since then, I've been unable to trust anyone. Trust never fully returns. They never even offered me the slightest apology, anyway. Life goes on, of course, but some things persist, lasting until our last days. Before they started working with vulnerable individuals that are living with various serious mental health issues, did they take any introductory course in ethical psychology? I suppose it's highly unlikely. The topic they always brought up was actually LGBT+ rights (or LGBT+ acceptance). It seems to be their field of expertise and interest. No problem. I was all for that: I'm socially liberal, and part of the left (however, very critical of the cancel culture, coming from both the left and the right). Here is their field of expertise; I'm convinced it is certainly not mental health. As far as I'm concerned, as a so called *mental health organization*, it is a scam.
