I am commenting on behalf of Robert LaVita. Robert was introduced to Bois de Boulogne by Mark from Vis a Vie. Together with Carine Gallant, the consultant in the quality of life at the residence, I can honestly say that my experience with the residence was very impressive. Carine was very caring, accommodating, helpful and patient. In total I was very delighted in everything that I experienced at Residence Bois de Boulogne and looking forward to moving in.

Look elsewhere for your loved ones! There is no accountability and no one responsible to answer your questions when something goes wrong. No returned phone calls from the director, all voice mail--director that changes every 6 months. As a family member you need to devote your own time to follow up with the facility if services lack or not up to the standard advertised. It is a lucrative business and just that.

No. Just no. Look elsewhere. My father's quality of life and care has gone down a whole lot since they were bought by Cogir. I'll let you know how the year long mould situation goes when I finally get it taken care of. All for $2000 a month (1 bedroom, no food included) Don't do it!
