I visited your home on Friday. When I got to the door, I didn't know the room number because when I visit the resident it's usually pub night. There was a woman in a long pink robe that looked exasperated with me. As she came through the door I said I'm sorry. I don't know the room number. How would I know to get in. She said you wouldn't. Not unless you had the room number. Then she asked for the resident's name and gave me the room number. A friend that I was meeting there said she seemed annoyed with her as well. I find out later she's in charge of recreation. That really doesn't present a very good face at all. No friendliness. No welcoming attitude. Having said that, the rest of the staff are always wonderful and probably deserve five stars.

The staff is so very caring and involved. My mom loves the food and the entertainment.
