Mom moved into Touchmark 6 weeks ago. From our initial visit, through the move in process to now, the staff has made this a trouble free experience. Jayce and Veronica on the front end treated mom with care and compassion as she transitioned from her home to independent living. Since moving in, mom is happier and far more active thanshe had been in a line while. She has made friends and they are always doing something! Happy hour, movie nights, daily exercise classes, there’s nothing to stop these folks from getting their groove on! The staff are amazing. Always eager to help or just stop and chat. I’m so glad we chose Touchmark. Thank you.

My parents recently moved into Touchmark and it is such a wonderful facility. The staff are very caring, kind and helpful. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. My Parents really enjoying all the fun activities run by Una and the other staff. Una is always so encouraging and complimentary to everyone participating and creates and warm and welcoming environment for everyone. The building is kept very clean and well maintained by the staff.

It can be difficult to leave a family home behind and begin a new chapter with so many people you don’t know. For our Mom, who needed to leave independent living behind at age 100, it was quickly clear that Touchmark at Wedgewood Assisted Living was the place to make her new home. All of the Touchmark team were warm, respectful, kind and attentive. When we stayed in their comfortable guest suite to visit Mom from out of town, they always made us feel welcome. We could join Mom for meals and for Happy Hour and other special events. The interior and the grounds are very clean and well kept, with numerous amenities, activities and outings for the residents’ wellbeing. Small pets are allowed, and she loved visiting with other residents' dogs in the reception lounge or outdoors. But above all, what mattered is Mom felt safe and cared for at Touchmark. We never worried that she was neglected when we couldn’t be with her. We will be forever grateful that she got to close out her life in a place we all felt we could call home.
