I can’t say enough great things about our Recreation Manager, Ellen! She consistently go above and beyond to create fun, engaging, and meaningful programs for everyone. Her creativity, organization, and genuine care make every activity enjoyable and welcoming. She always have a positive attitude, listen to feedback, and make everyone feel included. Moving my mother into Chartwell Heritage Valley was one of the best decisions our family has made. From day one, the staff made us feel welcome and part of the community. Everyone genuinely knows the residents by name and treats them with real warmth and dignity. Mom loves the pond view from her suite and is always telling us about all the activities she gets to do. She's more social now than she's been in years. The meals are fantastic too! If you're looking for a retirement residence in South Edmonton where your loved one will truly thrive, Chartwell Heritage Valley is the place 👌👌

I was just at Chartwell Heritage Valley and WOW!!! Not only is it a beautiful residence, but the Welcome I received was warm and heartfelt. I have had the opportunity to enjoy a meal. DELICIOUS. I highly recommend visiting Chartwell Heritage Valley for a tour.
