I have been a client here for many years. Started with an actual doctor and over the last few years have been passed through 3 different Nurse Practioners. The second one was amazing, sadly she was just filling in for a mat leave. The third and current one is my first male health care provider, and he doesn't listen to a thing I say. It's like he has some checklist he has to go down and tick all the boxes and he's just been looping for a year on one thing I keep telling him I don't need and has nothing to do with any of my health needs. I need a referral to gynecologist to deal with period issues, adenomyosis, perimenopause, etc...and he's obsessing with sending me for a colonoscopy(not the place I'm excessively bleeding from 3 weeks out of every month!). He just refuses to listen and is actually getting mad at me because I haven't gone for the highly invasive and unnecessary colonoscopy yet. I am beyond frustrated. If anyone knows of a competent health care provider that is taking new patients and will actually listen, please let me know.

I had a very good experience with Grand River Community Health Centre in Brantford. The staff are friendly, professional, and truly care about their patients. The service is organized and efficient, and I always felt comfortable during my visits. Highly recommended

One of my favourite places in town for receiving health care! Soo many classes and opportunities to improve your overall health and become more involved with other members of the community! And the staff are always super friendly, cheery and happy to see their clientele , and always happy to assist with any questions or challenges that one may be experiencing! The atmosphere always feels so inviting and seems like such a happy place to be employed at! :) Thanks for all that you do!
