We recently moved my father to the memory care section of Aspira Brants Landing and are sooo grateful for the care and compassion we see here every time we visit- which is frequent and at different times of day. The floor manager, Kelly, sets a positive tone and she goes way above and beyond, sending us pictures and videos of my dad doing various activities through the day. The staff treat all the residents with dignity and respect. They welcome families and create a joyful environment. I was very unsure about trusting a for-profit facility with the care of my father but given the woeful lack of non-profit long term care we didn’t have a choice. We did, however, have a choice about which for-profit facility to choose and after visiting several, and hearing the experiences, of family members whose loved ones are in these other facilities, I’m immensely relieved and grateful that my father landed here at Brants Landing. It is set up really well for people with dementia. It has bright open spaces, is highly secure and there is lots of room for the residents to move around. The staff are highly responsive, and since being here, my father has been singing, dancing, participating in word games when he can, bowling, etc. There are also crafts and art activities which residents take part in. And on occasions, the staff will take them on outings, for example, to get ice cream. If you are looking for memory care for a loved one, I would highly recommend.

Retirement living front desk was very rude and abrupt. Went to the other desk by memory care, she was fantastic

Kelly Mathew’s consistently demonstrates outstanding professionalism and care at this retirement home, her responsiveness is remarkable, she addresses any concerns promptly and ensures that everything runs smoothly , it’s evident that Kelly genuinely cares for the residents, my grandparents speak very highly of her and appreciates the kindness and attention she provides , her commitment and positive attitude makes a significant difference in the quality of life at this facility. Kelly , your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed- you are truly an asset to this community . Hayley Grant
