Unreliable. Repeated cancellations by "workers" with little or no notice. They MUST be supervised. I've often dropped by my (87 y o ) mother's home to find cleaning personnel sitting on the couch watching TV- if they even show up. Hard to get supervisor on the phone. Pretty expensive to provide these people with TV, and me with the work.
