No other life lease senior apartments in GTA could match this location. Especially for Chinese seniors. So convenient for shops such as Chinese restaurants etc.

Perfect location, environment, and unit architectural layouts. Multiple needed facilities (convenience and medical). Designated and care for senior residents’ requirements. Dedicated and effective team for sales and marketing. Responsive team to construct the build as far as I can see. Broad minded and respectful chairman/leader of the Foundation.

For senior Chinese residents in the GTA, this development offers an excellent location for retirement living. With construction already well underway and select units still available, it is truly an opportunity not to be missed. On May 14, 2025, a group of 36 purchasers gathered for a dim sum luncheon to celebrate the upcoming commencement of construction, held in anticipation of building permit approval by the City of Markham. On July 12, 2025, more than 200 purchasers and guests attended an appreciation ceremony hosted by the Lang Yi Foundation. The event was graced by Mayor Frank Scarpitti and members of his council, and highlighted by a dazzling dual lion dance performance.
