In my opinion, this project is a disaster. It's extremely crowded and is being built just 5 metres west of the existing townhouses. The closing date keeps getting extended repeatedly, which has been very frustrating for buyers. I also believe the project should never have been approved in the first place, and I have serious concerns about the decision-making process within the City of Markham that allowed it to move forward.

No other life lease senior apartments in GTA could match this location. Especially for Chinese seniors. So convenient for shops such as Chinese restaurants etc.

Perfect location, environment, and unit architectural layouts. Multiple needed facilities (convenience and medical). Designated and care for senior residents’ requirements. Dedicated and effective team for sales and marketing. Responsive team to construct the build as far as I can see. Broad minded and respectful chairman/leader of the Foundation.
