Thank you to the kind and caring staff at Chartwell Rouge Valley for the hospitality and the high standard of care afforded to my mother during her recovery from an accident and through her entire 18 month stay. Chartwell Rouge Valley delivered on expectations with a personal touch, and made my mother’s stay comfortable and worry-free. Definitely recommended.

My grandma has been at this Chartwell location for 2 years and had such a wonderful experience. The home is always clean, warm, and welcoming, with plenty of fun events and activities planned. The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating, and there are strong safety measures in place so residents always feel secure. In the summer, we especially enjoy sitting outside on the back patio surrounded by the flowers and greenery. I would highly recommend Chartwell to anyone!

I am deeply grateful to the many staff members at Chartwell Rough Valley who helped my father feel at home and navigate everything during his stay. Special thanks to Dat, Alfred, Sarah, Meg, Sanita, and the staff at the front desk and kitchen for their varied and generous support. My father has been offered some nice books to read and activities suitable for him to do, laundry assistance, caring and warm hearts from kitchen staff, he had a very positive experience before being accepted into a long-term care home!
