A European friend of mine lives here. Great guy, even better apartments. And honestly said I'm surprised how clean the place looks when I first drove here. Too bad he has very noisy and druggy neighbor, otherwise I wouldn't have to look for reasons to leave his home for mine instead. And this place would've probably had a better rating in general.
