My mother-in-law stayed at meadowbrook for some time, and our experience was really positive. From the first visit, the staff were welcoming and easy to talk to, and they took the time to understand her needs. She often mentioned how kind and patient everyone was, which means a lot to our family.It gave us peace of mind knowing that she was in good hands

I have been at Meadowbrook Chartwell for nearly 2 years. I enjoy my stay here. I have an apartment in the assisted living area which meets my needs, and I love it. There are many activities of which I participate in most. The halls, entrance, lounge, dining room are seasonally, decorated housekeeping keep halls, window, pictures, are dusted and clean. We have weekly music sessions with invited guests. The bar is open for an hour daily. maintenance is resourceful and prompt. The reason for a 4 1/2 star rating is because of the food and service can be somewhat improved at time.

My mom loves the Meadowbrook staff - they are helpful, friendly and kind. She loves chair exercises with Sheila, Kylie, or S. (a resident who fills in when there isn't a staff member available). Sabina, Deep, Vanessa - there are too many kind wonderful people to mention. Manish has been so helpful no matter what residents need, including check-ins right away when families call about their loved ones.
